I have a problem

So. Anthropologie has now requested samples. After the initial inquiry in early July I was beginning to think I had fallen off the radar.
I rattled off all my fears to my husband over the weekend  "I'm going to have a crazy, busy week! What if they don't like them? What if they DO like them?! What if…? What if…?" I continued in this vein for several minutes.
When I took a breath my husband calmly said, "Honey, anthropologie wants to see some of your work. That's a very nice "problem" to have, don't you think?"

  1. Congratulations!! I used to work for Anthropolgie UK, and in my experience they were a great company to deal with and treated their designers really well. Good luck with this new and exciting venture! Maike

  4. What a beautiful problem you have! I am sure you will be great at solving it. Put the boys on 'learning to study alone' or work experience 'artisans p a' and all will be well. Very very exciting though! xx

    1. You hit the nail on the head, Eleanor! They are pretty independent but this week is totally "here's your schedule for the day - good bye - see you at dinner". Yesterday I worked from 7am - 7pm with 15 mins. breaks to eat. Don't want to do it that way all the time but thankfully we can manage pretty well for a week like that.

    1. Thank you! While I'm working I actually feel fine. Its when I finally lay my head down at night that my mind races :-)
Its all coming together. All pieces are made and I'm doing finishing and "putting together bits" today.
